i do this sketch on A4 paper 100gm using Derwent sketch color pencil. I try to do sketch more faster than i do right now. And for those who want to do caricature. its best to start with pencils because you can render the toning very well with pencil and use your finger to darken the you want to hilite. :)

and in the news, Thaksin is no more prime minister of Thailand..
"A military coup on September 19, 2006 put his status as Thailand's prime minister into question. The coup took place while Thaksin was at the United Nations to address the opening of its General Assembly. He is currently in London with his daughter; his political future is uncertain." - wikipedia.
and the General is Sonthi Boonyaratglin...-Download Sonthi caricature at Studio69.
"On 19 September 2006, Sonthi and others launched a military coup. The Bangkok Post reported that the coup makers called themselves the Democratic Reform Council (also reported in other media as "Administrative Reform Council" and "Political Reform Council"). Tanks surrounded Government House in Bangkok and the military took over all broadcast media. Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra declared a state of emergency from New York City, where he was attending a meeting of the United Nations.
